The L8r website is an online information service for use by the appointed website managers, educational practictioners, educational institutions and the general public. Creative Partnerships grants to you exclusive and non-exclusive use of the Information contained within the L8r website only for personal, non-commercial or teaching purposes.
You may download on any single computer and print for your own private use a single copy of the Information, and educational institutions may make a reasonable number of copies of the Information for instructional purposes, provided all copyright and other proprietary notices are kept intact. Modification of the Information or use of the Information for any other purpose is a violation of Hi8us South copyright and other proprietary rights.
The use of the Information on any other website or networked computer environment is prohibited. All trademarks and trade names are proprietary to Hi8us South.

2. User's obligation to abide by applicable law
In connection with the use of the L8r website, you shall abide by all applicable laws, including those pertaining to such areas as libel, slander, defamation, trade libel, product disparagement, harassment, invasion of privacy, tort, obscenity, indecency, and copyright or trademark infringement ('Applicable Law'). The Information available on the L8r website does include intellectual property that is protected under the copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws of England and/or other countries ('Intellectual Property Laws'). The L8r website has no obligation to detect the presence of any Rogue Programming. Any downloading of software or other materials or any other use of the Information on the L8r website is at your own risk, and you are advised to take adequate precautions to minimise any loss to your system caused by Rogue Programming, including use of anti-virus programs and proper backup of files.
